Contracts & Sales Booking
Your venue needs a robust set of contracts, addendums, and other legal documents that go beyond basic venue rental agreements.
These include agreements covering food and beverage services, bar services, and other licensing and liability protections to safeguard you as the venue owner.
Sterling uses the powerful Tripleseat booking, calendaring, and CAD software to streamline the sales process and provide you with reports on Sterling’s effectiveness to market, sell, and contract new business for your venue.

Some venue owners prefer a “blank canvas” approach—offering space only and relying on outside vendors to handle the rest of the event. At Sterling Spaces, we take a different approach by investing in additional revenue streams that help maximize your bottom line while creating a more seamless experience for clients.
Food & Beverage: We partner with select caterers at each venue to provide customized menus and pricing, ensuring high-quality dining experiences for every event.
Bar Services: Our trained bartenders operate under Sterling ABC licensing, allowing us to manage alcohol service with full oversight, including storage, compliance, and customized bar offerings.
China, Flatware & Glassware: Our in-house inventory reduces the need for costly rentals, while still offering upgraded options through trusted partners at preferred rates.
The Sterling Collection: Our 15,000 sq. ft. warehouse houses a wide range of event furnishings and décor, including arbors, seating, specialty tables, bars, and more. Our team handles delivery, setup, and breakdown using our own fleet and staff.
Our goal is to provide turnkey event experiences that reduce stress for clients while increasing value and revenue for our venue partners.

The Sterling Difference
Sterling Spaces was built on more than four decades of experience in event production through its sister company, Sterling Events Group. Since 1985, Sterling Events has produced meetings, conventions, tradeshows, and incentive travel programs for clients around the world—developing a deep understanding of what makes events successful at every level.
In 2011, that experience led to the renovation and ownership of its first venue, the historic WinMock at Kinderton in Bermuda Run, North Carolina. Since then, WinMock has become a trusted destination for weddings, corporate events, and nonprofit gatherings—guided by a commitment to thoughtful planning and exceptional execution.
In 2019, venue owners across central North Carolina began turning to Sterling for day-to-day management support. What started as a single opportunity quickly grew into a dedicated division: Sterling Spaces.
