Sterling Spaces was formed through the natural evolution of Sterling Events Group, bringing together more than 35 years of experience in event production and venue ownership.

Since 1985, Sterling Events has produced meetings, conventions, tradeshows, and incentive travel programs for clients around the world. In 2011, that experience led to the renovation and ownership of its first venue, WinMock at Kinderton in Bermuda Run, North Carolina. Since then, WinMock has become a trusted destination for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings—guided by a longstanding commitment to thoughtful planning and exceptional execution.

In 2019, Sterling began partnering with venue owners across central North Carolina to provide day-to-day management support. What started as a single opportunity quickly grew into a dedicated division—Sterling Spaces. While growth paused during the pandemic, the division has since expanded to include multiple venues, offering a full range of management services including marketing, operations, financial oversight, and facilities support.

Today, Sterling Spaces continues to expand its portfolio while maintaining a focus on quality, consistency, and service. In addition, The Sterling Collection offers a curated selection of rental furniture, décor, and event equipment available across our venues, with continued growth planned to better serve our clients.
