Sterling Spaces at The Hall
The American Home Furnishings Hall of Fame is not your typical event venue by any measure. Natural light flows through the two-story glass Grand Atrium and clerestory windows that overlook the Celebration Hall featuring a towering 25-by 17-foot Dynamic Story Wall and Presentation Staircase. It is stunning by nature and welcoming in its perfectly appointed details. THE GRAND ATRIUM
With glass two stories high on three sides, it is an ideal space for cocktails or dining for 50.
BILL & CAROLYN HICKS CELEBRATION HALL
This amazing space is created for grand celebrations and outstanding events of all types. Full of natural light and beautiful architecture, Celebration Hall has a seated capacity of 150 guests or cocktails for 450 guests. The Dynamic Story Wall features a 25×17 foot high resolution LED panel.
INTERNATIONAL MARKET CENTERS IMAGINATION THEATER
As an immersive theater, this is a perfect space for smaller groups and private showings for up to 30 guests.
STEPHEN KNIGHT POND LIBRARY
The library features a collection of furniture industry history and serves as an ideal breakout or small meeting space for 6 to 10 guests.
KAREN MCNEILL WOMEN’S CENTER
This space is designed to serve as a lovely, relaxed gathering space or a casual, living room style Green Room.
O. WILLIAM FENN, JR BOARDROOM
This amazingly beautiful Boardroom features a large U-shaped live edge board table with ergonomic chairs, full audio-visual capabilities and privacy from the rest of the museum. It comfortably seats 32.
THE HUB
This upbeat, hip space can serve as a breakout or a cocktail area for up to 30 guests.
FOOD/CATERING SERVICE
Sterling Spaces at The Hall offers an all-inclusive package with our exclusive in-house catering partner.
BEVERAGE SERVICE
Sterling Spaces at The Hall offers full bar service for your event. All alcoholic beverages must be ordered through and served by Sterling Spaces. Due to the nature of this venue, red wine and other beverages that could stain exhibits are not permitted in certain areas. On-site security, contracted by Sterling Spaces, is required with all bar services, unless otherwise agreed upon.

High Point is home to the $150 billion home furnishings industry, and is now home to the American Home Furnishings Hall of Fame Foundation, Inc. The Hall of Fame, located downtown, opened its doors to the public in 2023, and stands as a beacon of beauty in High Point’s downtown landscape. With its eternal flame located in the front, rotating exhibits about the furniture industry’s history, a wall of recognition for inductees, and event space for private and corporate events, the building represents the beauty that the home furnishings industry has brought to and drawn from High Point.
